188,670 Geely vehicles hit the roads in May 2025 — each one a step forward in Geely’s global journey and a reflection of the brand’s strong momentum.

This marked another milestone for Geely Automobile Holdings Limited, highlighting its continued growth and commitment to innovation. The company recorded a 46% year-on-year increase in total vehicle sales and continues to solidify its position as a leader in the automotive industry.

A major part of this success comes from the booming New Energy Vehicle (NEV) segment. In May alone, 138,021 NEVs were sold — making up over 73% of the month's total sales — and showing a 135% increase compared to May 2024. It’s a strong sign of Geely’s shift toward sustainable mobility.

From January to May 2025, Geely sold a cumulative 1,173,144 vehicles, achieving a 49% year-on-year growth. Out of these, more than 600,000 were NEVs, reflecting a remarkable 137% increase compared to the same period last year.

Geely’s Galaxy brand also reached a major milestone, becoming the fastest NEV brand to surpass one million units sold.
